These Promotions Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) apply to all promotions, discounts, special offers, bundles, referral programs, and limited-time deals (“Promotions”) offered by K13 Networks LLC (“K13 Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in any Promotion, you agree to these terms, our general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.
1. General Rules
- Promotions are valid only for the dates and times specified. We reserve the right to end, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without notice.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- All Promotions are subject to availability and limited quantities where applicable.
- Only new or qualifying customers may be eligible for certain Promotions (as specified in the offer).
- We may require a minimum purchase amount, specific service package, or other qualifying criteria.
- Promotions have no cash value and are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
2. Specific Promotion Types
Discounts & Percentage-Off Offers
- Discounts apply only to the pre-tax subtotal of eligible products/services.
- Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, installation labor, or third-party fees unless stated.
- Software licenses and subscriptions are often excluded from percentage discounts.
Bundle & Package Deals
- Bundle pricing is only available when all items in the bundle are purchased together.
- Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned or refunded separately.
Referral Programs
- Both the referrer and referred customer must meet the eligibility criteria published with the offer.
- Referral rewards (credit, discount, etc.) are issued only after the referred customer completes the qualifying purchase and any required waiting period.
- Abuse of the referral program (fake accounts, self-referrals, etc.) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and possible account suspension.
Free or Discounted Services/Add-Ons
- Any “free” service, installation, or hardware is provided only with the purchase of the qualifying main service or product.
- Free items are non-transferable and have no residual value if the main purchase is canceled.
3. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for any Promotions unless explicitly stated:
- Software licenses and renewals
- Existing contracts or renewals
- Cabling, labor, or installation services (unless part of a stated bundle)
- Clearance, closeout, or already-discounted items
- Purchases made through partners or resellers
4. Redemption & Limitations
- Promotions must be redeemed at the time of purchase by mentioning the promo code or offer.
- Promo codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise noted.
- We reserve the right to refuse redemption if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
5. Termination & Modification
K13 Networks may suspend, terminate, or modify any Promotion or these Promotion Terms at any time. Any unclaimed rewards or credits will expire according to the specific Promotion rules.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K13 Networks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any Promotion.
7. Governing Law
These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
