Return Policy

 

K13 Networks LLC ("K13 Networks," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing quality products and services. This Return Policy outlines the terms that apply to all purchases of hardware, software, and services. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Software Purchases

All software licenses, subscriptions, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a software purchase is completed and the license key or access is delivered, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for software for any reason, including change of mind.

2. Hardware Purchases

Hardware products (servers, workstations, networking equipment, etc.) are covered exclusively by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • K13 Networks does not offer its own return, exchange, or refund policy on hardware.
  • Any defects, malfunctions, or issues with hardware must be handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
  • We will assist you with warranty claims, including coordination with the manufacturer where possible.

3. Cabling, Installation, and Labor Services

All cabling work, network installations, configuration services, and onsite labor are non-refundable once the work has been completed. Because these services are custom and performed specifically for your environment, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations after the job is finished. Partial refunds or credits may be considered only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

4. General Conditions

  • Pre-Purchase Approval: All quotes and service agreements must be approved in writing before work begins or products are ordered.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations are only accepted before work begins or before hardware/software is ordered/shipped. A cancellation fee may apply.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: For hardware issues, follow the manufacturer’s warranty procedure. We may require proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
  • Restocking Fees: Any approved hardware returns (if allowed by the manufacturer) may be subject to restocking fees set by the manufacturer.
  • This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. How to Request Assistance

If you believe you have a valid warranty claim or need help with a purchase:

  • Contact our support team immediately.
  • Provide your order number, invoice, and a detailed description of the issue.
